about

Recorded at Sage Ct. Studio, Ann Arbor, Michigan
for Musart Media

"Each instrument has it's own voice, and I wanted to have a trance drumming dialogue with some of the instruments that I have in my studio, which I also use for live performances. I have been with shamans who were just using a shaker for the trance drum journey meditations, giving great importance to the use of one simple instrument like a small shaker.

The album is a drum improvisation; through what is played and each instrument that is used, an arrangement is created on the spot. The drumming is also influenced by my nada yoga, and Orthodox influence - tuning to our own inner logos eson (cosmic nada sound vibration) and co-creating with the uncreated spirit energies. The result is a sound that tunes the listener to the same inner state of cosmic awareness that the sound comes from, and merging into trance oneness. The whole of existence are one in communion with source. Uncreated spirit energy and matter in oneness."
