Roger is Muruga's student in special education who has been taking music lessons from Muruga for several years, and these recordings are a result of those lessons.

Muruga Booker (Priest Steven Bookvich) is a Grammy-nominated drummer and percussionist who played at the original Woodstock festival and has also played with some of the greatest names in music, such as John Lee Hooker, Bob Dylan, Jerry Garcia, Weather Report and George Clinton's P-Funk All-Stars.
